These Terms govern your access to and use of Victory Lane Picks (the "Service"), including the website, mobile applications, and any related features. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Victory Lane Picks is a fantasy sports pick platform provided strictly for entertainment and social purposes. The Service does not facilitate, host, or process real-money wagering, betting, or gambling. Any leagues, points, standings, or rankings are for fun and friendly competition only and carry no monetary value.

All content on the Service — including driver statistics, AI performance analysis, schedules, results, and editorial material — is provided for general information only and is not professional, financial, legal, or betting advice. You should not rely on any information from the Service when making decisions of any kind.

Race data, results, schedules, and statistics are sourced from third-party feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the Service and are not responsible for any errors or omissions that may affect picks, scores, or standings.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Victory Lane Picks, its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

This includes, without limitation, liability for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses resulting from inaccurate data, scoring errors, outages, deleted picks, lost league information, or any other failure of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any display names, picks, or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Victory Lane Picks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service (e.g., on league standings). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites, broadcasters, and data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or features upon reasonable notice. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms.
